- 全体に8mm/スーパーエイト風にしてみました
- そんでもって”いっちゃってるシーン”は原作のシネマスコープ（アスペクト比2.35：1)そのままとしました

アスペクト比による効果についてはこちらの動画をどうぞ。 あんまり意識してなかったけど、映画製作ではちゃんと使い分けているのですね。最近だとインスタ用の比率1：1とか、スマホ縦画面の9:16というのも親しみ深いです。

今年3月から始まった動画アップロード時の著作権チェック。確かに「チェック」という項目に3分くらいかかります。これ、結構ドキドキします。
YouTube Studio this March launched a new feature "Checks" which examines whether your video has any problem in terms of copyright before uploading. The Checks-time takes a few minutes, which is somewhat thrilling.
え？おまえの動画、なんで通ってんの？ってまあここだけの話ですが、2度ほど大幅訂正の上、アップにこぎつけました。原作アニメの貼り付けそのまんまはダメだけど、編集である程度回避できているようです。まあ、あとから「ダメ、絶対！」って言われるよりいいかなと思います。もちろん、「事前チェックOK＝許可」ではないので、そのあと権利者から連絡はいればアウトです。ただ、このあたりのさじ加減は繰り返しになりますが、権利者の態度にもよるようです。
Wait! Why is your AMV OK? No problem with it? Well, I had to drastically modify it twice in order to "pass" the checking. You cannot just copy and paste the animation movie, but it seems alright after some editing. Of course, that does not mean you are "quite right" on the copyright. The previous check does not mean "permission" from the right holder. You might get a warning later. That said, the use of right seems to differ depending on the holder.
だって、”AMV 2021”ってYouTubeで検索すると山ほどAMVが出てきていて、それらは一応チェックを通ったことになっているのですから、まあ、みんな”上手いこと”やっているのでしょう。
With keyword "AMV 2021," you can hit numerous AMVs, which "passed" the new Checks feature. So, that's that.
曲利用についての著作権は？ What about music rights?
わたしが作っている替え歌は、基本「著作権侵害」でありマネタイズはできないが、動画は消さないでもよろしい。つまり、「広告料は権利者がもってゆくよ」というのがほとんどなのです。しかし中には寛大なことに「制限なし」というのもあります。その寛大な権利者を列挙してみましょう。
Songs I made are basically "infringing copyright." So I cannot monetize it, but there is no need to delete them. That is, "money goes to the copyright holder" in most of the cases. However, some generous right holder does "not impose any restriction." Who are such god-like right holders?
