誤解のないように結論を先に書いておきます：どちらも名曲なんで。
キリンジ「エイリアンズ」の歌詞解釈についての議論の花は尽きない。なのに、なぜか、レディオヘッド超有名エイリアン曲"Subterranean Homesick Alien"との比較記事はない。「エイリアン」曲を比較する記事が無く、静かの海である。「こいつはやべぇ…。」例によって、無知な者特有のフラッグ立てたか？とも思えるのですが…。とりあえず無重力になぜかハタメく星条旗を於いた地点から、恐る恐る月面を歩いてみる次第です。
Result: Both songs are great.
There are numerous articles on interpretation of Kininji's "Aliens." However, there is no article comparing it with the super-famous alien song "Subterranean Homesick Alien" by Radiohead. Quiet as the Sea of Tranquility. "Hey... This ain't right. We shouldn't be here." I might be flagged as ignorant, but anyway, I am starting to slowly walk on the lunar face from the point the Stars and Stripes stack into.

…と挙げると、結局要するに一言で言うと「90年代」ですよね。そもそも90年代ロックで最重要曲であるこの曲をキリンジ（作者 堀米孝樹氏）が聴いていないわけはなく、だからこそ、あえて「エイリアンズ」と、タイトルをかぶらせたのでしょう。90年代において、レディオヘッドの名曲は常識的前提であり、「エイリアンズ」はそれを踏まえたうえの再構築です。
In other words, they sound like "the 90's."First of all, it is impossible that Kirinji or song writer Takaki Horigome did not listen to the most important song in the 90's rock scene. So he intentionally use the title with obvious evidence in the title of "Aliens." The Raidohead's song is a commonsense for the 90's and the Kirinji's is obviously the reconstruction based on the premise.
だからといって、それをオマージュとかましてやパクリなどでは絶対ない。当然ながら、「エイリアンズ」の曲そのもののメロディや歌唱、演奏、詞の中の世界観・メッセージは前者とは全く異なる自立した美しさを持っているのだから。
However, it does NEVER mean that "Alien" is an easy hommage or copy. As you can understand well, the Kirinji's song is an indisputable masterpieace song with its uniquness in the melody, vocal, performance, as well as the world view and maessage in lyrics, which has beauty totally different from the Radiohead's.

The most decisive difference is the narrative perspective.
レディオヘッドの歌の1番は、”神”的視点にエイリアンをおいて、不思議に乾いた透明感と浮遊感とで僕らを見つめています。これは実は日本語の歌詞にはあまりない設定ではないかと思います。
In the first verse of Radiohead's song, the alien looks down at us in the God-'s eyes, with a strange, dry, transparent, floating feeling. This is not a popular perspective in Japanese lyrics.
一方、キリンジの方は、なんといっても「禁断」なもんで、苦しみさえも甘い『豊饒の海』であります。上から観察する”神”ではなく、あくまで人間視点。意図して芝居めかした堀米孝樹特有の聖なる俗的、歌空間。
On the other hand, Kirinji's song is "The Sea of Fertility '' where even agony tastes sweet with a forbidden flavor. The story is told as a human narrative, not the Almighty's one. Consciously dramatically written holy mundanity, a unique lyrics space created by Takaki.
