をノリで読みました。なぜなら、Testosteroneさんは何冊か読んで面白かったし、先月読んだ『尻トレが最強のキレイをつくる』( MIHARUと共著）なんて、気に入って友達にプレゼント（中古）したくらいだからね。正論をまじめかつバカバカしく繰り返すところが最高！
I read the book idly because I have enjoyed some books written by Mr.Testosterone. Last month I read his "Hip Training Makes You A Perfect Beauty" (co-written with MIHARU) and loved it so much that I even bought the book (used) for my friend. Testosterone repeats his own powerful muscle theory in a ridiculous way, that's really killing!
